My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better - it was just outside the ski lifts, allowing for early starts and avoiding any hassle. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a ski storage and a great wellness area including a sauna, infra cabine, and steam bath. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the spaciousness and brightness of the room, along with the balcony, made it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast served at this hotel was outstanding, with a fresh and varied selection of food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any needs or questions I had.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. the staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful throughout my stay. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time. Additionally, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the ski slopes, just on the slope itself, which made it so convenient for me to hit the slopes in the mornings. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area of Obertauern. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had balconies, which offered breathtaking views of the mountains. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.
I honestly couldn't fault my stay at this hotel. Everything was ok.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, being very close to the ski slopes and just outside the ski lifts. the room was clean and cozy, with a newly renovated bathroom. the staff was extremely friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the lifts from the apartment windows. the sauna and wellness area were great for relaxing after a day of skiing.
The WiFi could be a bit unreliable at times.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay! The location couldn't be better - just a few steps from the ski lifts for easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh food to choose from. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the sauna and wellness area for a relaxing end to the day on the slopes. a great experience!
The room could get a bit chilly at times, but it wasn't a major issue. the kitchen was a bit poorly equipped and could benefit from a washing machine.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service provided. The attention to detail is impressive, with little touches like changing the towels regularly and leaving a little present on the beds. The location is perfect, right in front of the Grünwaldkopf ski lift and next to a bus station that can take you anywhere in the village of Obertauern. The staff is very friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and have balconies, adding an extra touch of comfort. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including eggs, sausages, cheese, ham.
All was tip-top, no complaints!

The hotel's location was fantastic, near the lift and right next to the piste. The reception and the staff, especially Mr. Ferdinand, were perfect and very friendly. The restaurant had a unique and inviting layout, perfect for different groups. The facilities, cleanliness, and atmosphere of the hotel were top-notch. The staff were professional, friendly, and always there to assist. The spacious apartment and wellness area added to the enjoyable stay.
